TeamStaff Rx Participates in Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin
Angel Project and Metropolitan Ministries Box of Hope Food Drive
Clearwater, FL -
TeamStaff Rx, a leading Tampa Bay medical staffing firm, is joining forces with area non-profit organizations to spread some holiday cheer to local families in need of assistance this Christmas season. The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin and Metropolitan Ministries organizations are both working with local Tampa Bay businesses to provide food and holiday presents for families in need of assistance.
The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin is currently accepting Christmas present donations for foster children in Pinellas County through its Angel project. TeamStaff Rx employees are sponsoring several foster children through the Angel Adoption program in lieu of a company gift exchange.
Metropolitan Ministries is a non-profit organization that cares for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless through services that alleviate suffering, promote dignity and instill self-sufficiency. TeamStaff Rx will be collecting food donations at its Clearwater office for the Box of Hope Metropolitan Ministries program.
"Our employees are very giving and caring individuals. When the idea of giving back to the community, in lieu of a gift exchange, was presented to employees; we received an overwhelming response of kindness and generosity from our employees towards both of these worthy programs," stated Terry Merlin, Director of TeamStaff Rx.
If you would like to donate either a food donation or Christmas present, donations are being accepted at TeamStaff Rx's Clearwater office until December 20.
