When you visit our web sites, we help you and/or your business maintain control over your personal data on the Internet. Below are the guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to these web sites and your use of TeamStaff services.
Information we collect:
In order to use the TeamStaff Rx web sites' services, depending upon whether you are an applicant, employee or a client, you will have to provide to TeamStaff certain business, financial and/or personal information about you, your business and your employees. This may include, but not be limited to, names, addresses, resume and other background data, employment eligibility, non-public business information, and other information reasonably connected to the services provided by TeamStaff Rx. We may require additional, personally identifying, information in order to verify you as an authorized user of the TeamStaff Rx web sites. Whether you provide this information is entirely up to you. However, your ability to use TeamStaff Rx web sites' services may be limited or prohibited entirely if you fail to provide such information. If you provide such information, we ask that you keep it updated. TeamStaff uses reasonable care to protect this information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
TeamStaff only uses your information for specific purposes:
The information you provide is used to verify you as an authorized user of the TeamStaff Rx web sites and to perform the services you request. TeamStaff will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited telephone call or e-mail communication. Also, remember to sign out of the TeamStaff Rx web sites and close your browser window when you have finished using the services. This will help ensure that others cannot access personal information if others have access to your computer.

Any cookie that identifies you as a TeamStaff Rx web site user is never stored on your hard drive and is automatically deleted when your browser session is terminated. Cookies enable us to provide you with convenience features for continued access and use, and to assist in completing the log-in process. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your web browser to prevent that.
